What is the process to getting on site?

  • To get onto site you need to attend Central Onboarding Facility (COF) and EPIC.
  • Once you have attended both these you will be able to collect your site pass. 
  • The site pass office is just along the corridor from EPIC and you can collect your biometric pass once completing the EPIC day. 
  • You’ll then need to attend your relevant site induction.

What is  Central Onboarding Facility (COF)? How do I get booked on COF?

  • Onboarding is mandatory for those working on the Tideway Project. At the centre you will checked for your right to work, sit a communications test, complete a health surveillance questionnaire, undergo a drug and alcohol test and attend a health assessment.
  • You can be booked on via the contractor you are working for on the Tideway Project.

Is there parking available at Central Onboarding Facility (COF)? 

  • No 

What is EPIC? How do I get booked on EPIC?

  • EPIC is the Employer Project Induction Centre. It is a ground breaking health and safety training day that is mandatory for those working on the Tideway Project.
  • You can be booked on via the contractor you are working for on the Tideway Project.

Is there parking available at EPIC?

  • No

I have been given a date to attend COF and/or EPIC but I do not know the timings. How can I find this information?

  • This information will be found on your joining instructions. If you have not been given any joining instructions, please ask your manager/company for them. 

When am I eligible to get my site pass? What documents do I need to bring? 

  • You are eligible for your site pass once you have full completed Central Onboarding Facility (COF) and EPIC. You will need to bring photo ID with you (passport or driving license)
